autumn fix

Everyone a very good late evening, to those that are still awake into these late hours in the uk.

It was the morning I discovered that my toy watch had been sold to me without having been adjusted to show the correct time, having attempted to correct the time myself without much success I decided to return to the local shopping center and get this watch fixed.

What I did not know was that the wind up pin had to be unscrewed backwards, pulled out and then have the time set, then pushed back in, oh, well that was not so obvious I thought as I stood and watched the time on the watch adjusted by the shop assistant.

I then decided to pop into the local drug store inorder to grab a mascara,

but then something had caught my eye and I began to wonder ...

in the past I had used a brand called mac, but had decided against using it since its involvement with israel and and israel's illegal occupation of palestine. I had wondered if the boycott should go as far as to boycott all uk and usa goods too, but for the moment had decided against a complete boycott of uk and usa products for their involvement in the part these countries had played in their support of the illegal occupation of palestine.

It was lip pencils that had caught my eye, just for fun they were very reasonably priced and all colours of lip pencils had been sold except for a natural beige colour, well that suited me fine as I loved the natural look.

I had been using a mac mineral powder for the summer months which was only meant to add a tanned look to an already brown complexion, but had resulted in giving a caked appearance because too much application had been used in an attempt to hide skin blemishes.  

What is your make up philosophy?
I think as little makeup as possible, but a good foundation matched to the right colour of you skin. Originally I would use a brand called prescriptive, but have since struggled to find a foundation that provides good coverage and colour match.

 What are your favourite products?
well, now that would be telling, but a good mascara helps.

What is your current make up lust?
oh its a product that I have just bought

What is your favourite drugstore brand?
oh that ones easy , its maybeline

What is your biggest make up tip?
my makeup tip would be to apply moisturizer one hour before applying the make up.
